‘Mr Cummings is happily in luck for next week’s show, as he has been successful in securing [at the Palace] Magini and Coy, in that immensely popular revue, entitled, “Stop Press.” The artistes are popular and well known. The other turns include Chris Kenny, ventriloquist; and Pop Carson, who is making a return visit. The pictures will be, from Monday to Wednesday, “With the Kut Relief Force in Mesopotamia,” a British official war film; from Thursday to Saturday, “The Hidden City of Crime”’.
