Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood
Examiner of Plays' Summary:
A compendious version of the familiar nursery legends. The resulting pantomime is somewhat mixed, as may be gleaned from the fact that the Babes are none other than our little friends Peter Pan and Wendy, while the Robbers are Sossidge and Masht. The humours of the wicked Baron and Baroness, the chivalry of Robin Hood, and the charm of Maid Marian are all very much as usual, and are as inoffensive as the many ditties which they introduce.
