Bill's Baby
Examiner of Plays' Summary:
A simple vigorous little sketch of the return of a soldier on leave after a year in the trenches to see for the first time the baby born during his absence, to experience a few minutes jealousy of a former sweetheart of his wife, to find his jealousy baseless, and to give his supposed rival a thrashing for hanging about in a suspicious manner. Robust in sentiment and quite wholesome, recommended for licence. Ernest A. Bendall.
