The Emperor Commands
Examiner of Plays' Summary:
A sort of sentimental farce in which Napoleon, Talleyrand, Josephine and so forth appear and talk more or less in character. For plot we have a young noble in love with a lady of the Court, opposed by Talleyrand, and helped by Josephine to success. Napoleon obliges with a eulogy of England. Harmless nonsense.
