A 'Change Of Tactics'
Examiner of Plays' Summary:
The 'change of tactics' is that of an officer of the regular 'Huntley' brand of amiable imbecility who, while attempting to drill some extremely raw recruits, is told by his sergeant that it would be wise to moderate the harshness which he has assumed to conceal his weakness. So he goes to the other extreme and becomes so friendly that he actually offers his squad some whiskey which turns out to be the Colonel's and thus gets the tactician into more serious trouble. The military 'business' is all obvious and quite harmless in its fun. Recommended for licence. Ernest A. Bendall.
