This is a poor affair on the whole, though some of the songs are pretty in a feeble way. The comic man, a rascal given to drink, impersonates his twin brother, supposed to be lost at sea to get money from his widow. Her son is in love with the daughter of an anarchist. There is some more or less funny business with the sham anarchists, and a good deal of boy and girl love making. Of course the real man turns up and everyone is happy.
