Great War Theatre

Examiner of Plays' Summary:

A musical farce about the proposed sale of the Buttercup Creamery which, in spite of the attraction of its waitresses, is not doing much business By the comic commercial traveller who undertakes the sale on behalf of the proprietor these waitresses are pressed into service for the deception of a foolish would-be purchaser. Another thread of plot is provided in an adventuress's efforts to levy blackmail on the strength of some compromising letters written to her by the dairyman. Harmless but rather incoherent nonsense.
