Great War Theatre

Examiner of Plays' Summary:

A fairly bright little duologue. An actress, whose husband is at the front, is visited by his maiden aunt, who disapproved of the marriage. She dresses up as a charwoman and in that character gives the aunt a piece of her mind, with the result that the aunt leaves a letter promising much-needed financial aid. Harmless.
