Married to a Hun
Examiner of Plays' Summary:
A dramatic if rather crude little sketch of the rapid illusion of an English girl who, when at Monte Carlo with her German bridegroom, finds that he is an imposter as well as a brute with the help of her faithful maid she discovers that her ‘husband’ is a swindler, merely anxious to make her his accomplice at the gaming table and quite ready, when found out, to confess that his marriage is no marriage at all, as he already has a German wife. Fairly effective in its conventional way, and recommended for license. Ernest A. Bendall.
