Great War Theatre

Examiner of Plays' Summary:

This is some rather obvious and very extravagant chaff on the supposed imbecilities of young ladies who take up work on the land, and perform it after the manner of fashionable amateurs. Their notions of what is required of them are utterly ridiculous, as is also their attempt to construct a kennel for the pet dog which one of them has brought with her to solace her in her misspent labours. Foolish but harmless; and too wide of the mark for mischief. Recommended for licenses. Ernest A. Bendall.
