Great War Theatre

Examiner of Plays' Summary:

A pretty little sketch of the meeting, somewhere in France, between a popular singer, now serving as nurse in a canteen and her former lover, now a captain in the army. Under the benevolent auspices of the heroine's old French nurse, the young people soon come to an understanding of the mutual mistake which separated them, and the process is accompanied by some agreeable ditties concerning 'love and war", and by some cheery incidental illustrations of canteen life. Recommended for license. Ernest A. Bendall.
