Great War Theatre

Examiner of Plays' Summary:

This pantomime contains the stock Aladdin persons and scenes. The “Widow Twankey’s” dialogue and business are as vulgar as usual but not more so, and the production calls for no special remark. The songs must be sent in, also some information about the “Miss Fitzallen Speciality” Act II p.5. Recommended for licence G. S. Street. (The censor is later relieved to discover that Miss Fitzallen's act consists only of "vulgar songs".
