Great War Theatre

Examiner of Plays' Summary:

A simple form of the legend, with the difference from some of the other versions that there is an irrelevant scene outside a picture palace and that Boy Blue slays the wolf. The script is inoffensive. The introduction of a curate on p.13 is unnecessary but can hardly be censored. I notice that the songs have been sent for. Recommended for licence G. S. Street – Addition: Dec 21st. Songs sent in quite harmless. G.S.S.
