Great War Theatre

Examiner of Plays' Summary:

This is simply a setting for songs, but it does contain dialogue and incident and is rightly sent in. A man and his wife and brother spend an evening together. The husband says it is his birthday, so the wife goes to get drink and the others sing. Then the husband goes to get a paper and the others sing and so on. The songs are old and well known and need not be asked for. Recommended for Licence. G. S. Street
