The Nipper's Bank
Examiner of Plays' Summary:
Domestic sketch of the quarrel between a husband who has taken to drink since their little child died, and a wife who "nags" him for his waste of his wages. At the moment when she is about to leave him, she happens to know the lost "nipper's" money-box to the ground: and the sweet sad memories which it rouses lead to their reconciliation. Wholesome, pretty, and recommended for license. Ernest A. Bendall.
