A simple little story of a girl who ran away from an unscrupulous trustee, who wanted her to marry his son in order to get her money, and became typist to a detective. The trustee employes the detective to find her and the noble detective, when acquainted with the facts and her identity, is willing to lose the reward and let her escape, but she is in love with him, so they agree to marry instead.
