Examiner of Plays' Summary:

A domestic farce illustrating the troubles of an unexpected and doubtfully welcome guest who, when nearly ready to don the pyjamas lent to him by his absent host, finds himself unable to get them, as the dog which shares the sitting room that is to serve for his bedroom, declines to let him take them. He summons first, the outraged nursery governess and then the mistress of the house to his aid, and thus finds himself the object of various mistaken suspicions before his troubles come to their comic end.
