An Appeal
Examiner of Plays' Summary:
This is to be given at a meeting in support of the star and garter building fund. Miss Lilian Braithwaite is commencing a speech when Miss Gladys Cooper (in the audience) interrupts her, saying that it is she who is going to make the appeal. As Miss Braithwaite proceeds Miss Cooper continually interrupts with suggestions until they agree that it is foolish to bicker and they start together making the collection.
